Once your product has been approved and delivered, there are a few specific things we can’t change:
The core structure of the product can’t be edited at this stage, so we’re unable to add or delete tracks. We also can’t change the order of tracks.
Once the product/track has been sent to services with a product identification code assigned to it, this can’t be changed unless it is taken down and re-uploaded.
We can help with a variety of other amendments, such as:
- Certain metadata amendments (Track titles, version titles etc)
- Release date change
- Artwork update
- Audio update if there is an issue with current audio. It must be the exact same length as the original and not be a significantly different mix to the original.
- Updating spelling mistakes
- Pricing updates
