To contact us for support, log into the Portal and go to Support > Contact Us and fill out the Contact Form. Pick the most appropriate option from the drop-down menu and include a note so that we know how to best help you. If for any reason you need to send us an attachment, please provide a download link to the desired file. A good site for sending files is WeTransfer.
If you are unable to access the Portal, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you regain access. Do not use this email for other queries as the Contact Form is the quickest way to get support.
