If you are unable to access the Portal, please attempt a password reset by clicking the ‘Forgot Password?’ button on the Portal login page. If you continue to run into trouble logging in, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our Community Support team will be able to manually reset your account and email over a password reset link.
For all other queries, please only use the Contact Us form in your AWAL Portal to receive the quickest support.
If you don’t remember the email address you used to sign up to AWAL, please also include the following information in your message to restore your access to the AWAL Portal:
- Address on the agreement
- The signatories
- All email addresses that could potentially be on the agreement
- The Company name
- The email address you'd like to use moving forward
