To report a mapping issue, please reach out to us via the Contact Us page on your AWAL Portal and send the following information:
- Affected Artist Name (with proper casing and spelling)
- Spotify URL Link to the product(s) incorrectly mapped
- Spotify URL Link to the artist page which the product must be removed from
Once we have this information, we'll get in touch with Spotify to remove the wrong release from your artist profile. You should see this update on your page within 5 working days.
