If your product is awaiting approval this means it has successfully submitted to AWAL and is in our approvals queue. Please be aware we require a 4 week lead time when uploading releases. Although our turnaround times tend to be quicker than this we can't guarantee delivery outside
of this timeframe. This means approval can take up to 2 weeks from your original submission date.
It's worth noting that your product is subject to our full QA process, so you may be contacted about an issue with your product's assets or metadata. Please be sure to routinely check your junk/spam folders as sometimes these emails will automatically be filtered as spam. If these emails are missed, it may elongate the approval time.
If you used the new Beta Uploader, the releases will sit on the new Uploader home page until approved. If you used the old Uploader, releases sit in the 'In Progress' section on the Portal home page until approved.
You can then check the status of approved releases in the Deliveries section under the Catalogue tab. Here you can confirm your product has been delivered to all digital services, and releases showing 'Scheduled' have been approved and delivered.
Once a release shows as scheduled the product should be live on iTunes in less than 5 working days, the rest of the stores will follow.
