If you need to change the email address on your AWAL account, please send a request to the AWAL Community Support team through your Portal via the Contact Us Page (Support Tab).
Be sure to include the new email address and full legal name of the new user in your message and we’ll update accordingly. We’ll be back in touch with you on the active email address associated with your account within 24 Hours.
Please know that each Granted User who has access to the account should activate the Multi Factor Authentication security option provided. Once opted in, the user will be prompted to verify their login each time using a designated phone number after signing into your AWAL Portal (excluding App access).
