If you're struggling to upload audio, the first thing to do is check the file specs adhere to guidelines in our Asset Specifications article? Audio must be a 16 or 24-bit WAV file with sample rates between 44.1 and 96kHz.
If that’s already the case, your internet speed could be the issue. Ideal upload speed is 4mbps or higher. Trying different connections is recommended if you're sure your internet speed isn't the issue.
If you've done both of the above, it may be an issue with your browser. Basic troubleshooting like clearing your cache and cookies may help, or using a different browser. If possible trying on a different computer can lead to a successful upload.
If none of the above has solved the issue, there may well be a bug with the uploader. Getting in touch with the Community Support Team will give them a chance to check in on the tech side and advise whether it's a bug affecting all clients. If there isn't a bug they'll be able to advise further about how we can help getting the audio uploaded successfully.
We may be able to upload the audio on your behalf, but we tend to use this as an absolute last resort. Repeated requests for the team to upload audio can't be supported.
