If you want to remove your release from digital services or cancel delivery for a recently approved product, you’ll need to request a takedown.
Go to the Contact Us section of the Portal and take one of the following steps:
- If you need to take down one release: Choose the query option on the Contact Us page which relates to a ‘live product’. After selecting ‘I’d like to take down one of my releases from a store’, choose the relevant release from the drop-down menu. If you have multiple releases with the same name, please verify the UPC of the release in your Catalogue tab and send it through in the body of your message. Within the text area, please also write “I’d like to issue a takedown for this release”.
- If you need to take down multiple releases: Choose the query option on the Contact Us page which relates to a 'live product', then please select 'Other' from the list of options. You'll then be prompted to type your message into a text box. Please write "I'd like to issue takedowns for these releases" and list out the UPCs of all releases you'd like us to issue takedowns for.
We’ll confirm with you once your takedown has been finalized and issued. When a takedown has been issued, the release will be removed from all services within 5-10 working days. We cannot generally remove releases from specific stores only.
Once we've taken down your release, you will still be able to view it in the Catalogue tab on your Portal. We can also re-deliver the product in the future if necessary - this can be organised by contacting us via the Contact Us page on your Portal.
