Once you’ve submitted your release to AWAL, you can check its delivery status by logging into the Portal and going to Catalogue > Summary. Here, you can confirm that your release has been delivered to all digital services; releases shown as Delivered mean that they’ve been approved and delivered successfully*. Within Catalogue > Deliveries you have the ability to select your top releases or most recent depending on what is most useful.
Please be aware once your release is approved by our team it will disappear for a short time. Your release will re-appear within Catalogue once we start delivering to services.
We ask for 4 weeks lead time in between submission and release date. We look out for issues with metadata, low-quality artwork, continuity issues between assets and more. We’ll be in touch directly if we do flag anything up. Following approval, we require up to 10 working days to deliver the product globally. Lastly, the digital services will process it and make it available to customers.
*If your release is showing as delivered to iTunes, it has also been delivered to Apple Music.
