Once you’ve uploaded your release to AWAL, you can monitor its status through the approval process using the Release Status Tool located in your Portal Dashboard.
You can then locate and monitor the release in the Catalogue tab on your Portal after it has been reviewed and approved. You’ll find product-related information in the Catalogue tab, such as product codes and cover artwork, but also you’ll be able to monitor your release’s delivery progress to the digital services in the ‘Digital Distribution Summary’.
Releases shown as ‘Scheduled’ have been approved and are queued for delivery, but haven’t been successfully delivered yet. Delivered means that they’ve been approved and delivered successfully.
Note: If your release is showing as delivered to iTunes, it has also been delivered to Apple Music.
You’ll also notice you can monitor the progress of any release takedowns issued as well.
