The Deliveries tab located under the Catalogue section in the Portal allows you to check if your release has been approved and scheduled for delivery. Here you can run a Delivery Report to find out the distribution status of your release across the digital music services.
Within the report, there are three key statuses associated with a product:
- Delivered – the product has been successfully delivered to the relevant digital services and is available to stream or download from there.
- Scheduled – the product is currently being processed and is due to be delivered to the relevant digital services.
- Taken Down – the product has been taken down from the relevant digital service and is no longer available to stream or download there.
Click Show Report to view results in a new browser and to further refine the data by date range.
