Once your product has been approved and delivered, there are a few specific things we can’t change:
- Significant changes to the artist name
The core structure of the product can’t be edited at this stage, so we’re unable to add or delete tracks. We also can’t change the order of tracks.
Once the product/track has been sent to services with a product identification code assigned to it, this can’t be changed unless it is taken down and re-uploaded.
We can help with a variety of other amendments, such as:
- Certain metadata amendments (Track titles, version titles etc)
- Release date change
- Artwork update
- Audio update if there is an actual issue with current audio, i.e. seconds of silence or other defects not present in original file.
- Updating spelling mistakes
- Pricing updates
