We're aware that the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic has heavily impacted artists and creators globally. During these difficult times, we want to make sure AWAL members are kept up to date with our policies and practices. We'll note any updates, alterations in policy, and impactful changes here to keep you all aware of what's happening at AWAL so you can plan your releases accordingly:
May 7:
We've compiled a list of global resources relevant to music people and business in need due to complications caused by COVID-19. From government assistance to various relief funds initiated throughout the industry, we hope you’ll find the information useful.
April 1:
- Delivery Lead Times: Our 4 week lead time is currently unaffected and remains unchanged. The digital supply chain is operating close to normal at this time. Please be sure to submit all your releases with this 4 week lead time accounted for though to ensure we can meet your desired release date.
- AWAL Member Support: Our team is operating normally (though from home) and we're here to support you for any query you may have. Please get in touch with us via the Contact Us page on your Portal and we’ll get back to you within 2 working days.
- Royalties: Royalty collections and accounting times so far remain unchanged. Statements will be available normally on April 15th this month, with payments being sent out as well (provided you’ve met our thresholds).
