Cover art and metadata are two aspects of a release that you’ll submit during the upload process. If you’d like to update these parts of your release, we can advise further if you get in touch with us via the Contact Us page on your Portal.
Important: You should upload finalized assets when you submit a release. While in some instances we may be able to help you change your artwork and aspects of your metadata, it's vital the assets you submit to us initially are final versions.
If your release appears on your Portal Dashboard as ‘In Review’, we can return your product to your Uploader so you can amend it.
However, if your release has been ‘Approved’, we’ll need to make necessary updates on our end. You should send us the UPC of your release and specify the exact change you’d like to make. It can take between 5-7 working days for the digital services to update your release, so please keep this timeframe in mind when requesting updates.
Note: There are some changes that cannot be made to approved releases, including re-ordering tracklisting, changing product codes (UPCs, ISRCs, catalogue tabs), and in most cases, artist name changes & audio swaps.
