Intro: This page should remain fairly unchanged from month to month. It will give you a brief introduction to your statement and provide the date range the following pages pertain to.
Account Statement: The second page of your PDF statement pack displays your opening balance, any payment for the previous month’s statement balance (which should match your opening balance), and the royalties you’ve accrued for this month’s statement to culminate into your closing statement balance. The Closing Balance is what you should expect to be paid out this month provided you’ve met our thresholds.
Commission Summary: The third page of your PDF statement reflects the gross amount of royalties earned for the month, our 15% commission on those royalties, and the resulting net amount (your Closing Balance).
Top 10 Artists - Value By Territory: You can view your Top 10 artists (or less if you don’t have 10 artists on your account) by territory in this section of your statement pack, as well as the royalties that the artist earned in those territories.
Top 10 Products - Value By Territory: This page reflects your Top 10 products by territory and the royalties that each release earned in those territories.
Digital Collection Summary by Artist: The Digital Collection Summary by Artist page of the statement pack will display the exact amount of royalties each of your artists earned this month. This page can be used to pay out to your artists if you manage multiple under one AWAL account.
Digital Collection Summary by Product: This page will display the royalties each of your products earned this statement period, as well as the royalties earned from product & track downloads or streaming.
Collection Summary: The final pages of your statement will always show you a more expansive breakdown of your royalty collections for this statement period. You’ll see which services you earned from as well as how much.
